Tariff is for room only. All prices include GST. $5.00 surcharge per room per night applies to all school & public holidays. Price on application for special events eg. Wangaratta Jazz Festival & Winton V8 Supercars.

CANCELLATION POLICY / Terms & Conditions:
• A minimum of 24 Hours notice prior to check in time is required for a cancellation during normal times. If you fail to notify us of your accommodation cancellation you will then forfeit the whole of the first nights accommodation tariff. This will be charged to the credit card details that were provided at the time of booking.
• A minimum of 7 Days notice is required for Special Events, Public Holidays & School Holidays etc. If you fail to notify us of your accommodation cancellation you will then forfeit the whole of the first nights accommodation tariff.
